CANCELLATION

 

Email customer service at mail@zoeyootd.com and include your: Order number & Cancellation request with a picture of the product, if necessary

  1. Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
  2.  To initiate a cancellation, please contact customer service. The cancellation notification will be emailed to you.
  3.  Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 5-10 business days to process.

    Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.
